Good People Make It All Possible

No one said it was going to be easy.

Those in the know said that the first few years were going to be hard. Really hard.

“You will get your share of scam artists who will try to sell accounts.” We did.

“First five years will be difficult. After that and you’re still alive, then you’ll be okay.” Try 10 years. And somewhat okay.

“This industry is labor-intensive, and there will be bad apples.” Yup. And oranges.

In these 16 years, there were no growing pains – only pains (snicker). No single mountain to conquer – more like three huge mountains and a healthy daily, maybe weekly, diet of little hills. That’s equal to three humongous celebrations and numerous small weekly hurrahs and pats on the back.

We don’t claim to be special compared to organizations in other industries. After all, running any organization is tough. But man, this is more different than most. It’s making sure that processes work, even the seemingly insignificant ones. It’s making sure that numbers work, even the seemingly insignificant ones. It’s ensuring that you’re catching up with technology. It’s keeping up with the BPO Joneses, failing, being contented with your otherwise beautiful existence, and then trying to keep up with them again.

And then, the people – the most important difference.

Sixteen years – many faces have come and gone, each one leaving a company that feels abandoned, like swiping photos where your phone is the only thing that’s constant. A very few of these you’d much rather forget if you could – they were part of the pain. But many more have left behind their DNA that form our organization to what it is today – they are all of our pride.

Oh, this is our webpage. We had one years ago but, you know, pains. We’re putting this one up now – our tribute to 16 years of good people. Because ultimately, good people make it all possible.
